Bluegrass Inn

Great place - very affordable and nice. It's simple, clean, and has got great basics, nice clean bathroom and room, and nice TV set up with all the modern streaming services. Very quiet and peaceful lot. Perfect for working drivers or anyone looking for a great simple clean budget hotel.

Used to staying at higher end chains but couldn't justify spending that much this time. Pool was big and clean, kid friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Everyone slept well. Convenient location. Don't judge it by the dated appearance.

This is really just a good place to lay your head. Has a bed. Shower. Fridge and Microwave. Not dirty but has that dated feel. I know there are taxes but not sure how I was quoted $89 on the phone and bill was $107. That's about 20% and with a so called Veteran's discount. There are nicer and brighter and more spacious hotels up the road for only 20+ dollars more. The continental breakfast is what it is. Fruit, cereal. Bread but overall it served it purpose. Plus there are many places in the area to get a bite. Bluegrass Inn is a solid middle of the road stay and if you want to stay in the $100 Bill range. This will get you by without being creeped out. Checking in. Constance was very nice and polite as well.

Rooms were clean and smelled good. Office people were great! Metal bed frame was squeaky so i had to use some wash clothes as a bushing. Area looked a little rough.

For the price and location, it is perfect for touring the distilleries. Very clean, friendly staff, complimentary light breakfast and coffee. We enjoyed our stay very much!! We will be back. The neighborhood is not near downtown, but safe and an easy drive to the distilleries.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room so very clean…linen incredibly fresh. The staff was super nice and even recommended a restaurant in the area to grab a bite to eat once we got settled in. And might I add, that restaurant was on point just as he suggested! I would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing time in Frankfort visiting the Buffalo Trace distillery! The Bluegrass Inn was a perfect place for me to rest my head after I long trip down from Cleveland. From the comfortable beds to the welcoming staff. It was a very enjoyable experience from check-in to check out. Highly recommend staying here for an affordable price while visiting Kentucky

The rooms were spotless, much cleaner than the Hilton affiliate we stayed at the night prior. Ac worked great, beds were comfy, room furnishings were really nice (functional and nice) and the rooms were quiet, and the hot water was hot. Really wish every hotel I stayed at was like this, you can tell it's run like they truly want people to have a great experience

This is a budget hotel, so keep this in mind when booking it for a stay. It’s also is a bit dated. The front desk lady was so sweet, kind, and welcoming. I will list the pros and cons of this hotel below. Pros * The room was very clean, white mattress, NO BUGS * There is a breakfast available - muffins, oats, waffles, cereals and a couple other similar items, if you’re gluten free though there aren’t options *No carpets just clean floors * The pool appeared to be clean (didn’t get a chance to use it) Cons *. The chemicals they clean with are pretty harsh, so if you have sensitive skin you might end up a little itchy from the towels & and wash cloths. If you don’t have sensitive skin, it probably won’t be an issue * The room did have a musty smell to it, I think this was because we were across from the pool * The AC was not the best but the front desk did give us a fan to be comfortable for the night Would I stay here again? Yes, but not for a longer stay. However for a quick stop off traveling, it’s a great option.
